Mission T.E.A.M. (Training, Equipping, and Mobilizing) is a summer long intensive mission opportunity that gives people a chance to participate in a more challenging experience that goes beyond the standard one or two week short term mission. We believe this can help individuals discern their call to cross cultural missions.

A participant in Mission T.E.A.M. will gain:
● A stronger appreciation for the diversity of people within God’s family.
● An exposure to the various types of missionary service available to an individual.
● A better understanding of what it means to serve in another culture.

Requirements

Mission T.E.A.M. is for spiritually mature individuals. Our summer begins in Ensenada facilitating groups from the United States. Many of these participants are having their first missionary experience. Your ability to model humble servant hood will determine their success or failure. From Ensenada we travel to Sinaloa and Guadalajara before ending our summer season in Oaxaca. Participants need to be at least 16 years of age, spiritually mature, and in good physical health. You will need to fill out an application and interview with AIL prior to acceptance.

The cost for Mission T.E.A.M. is $2250.00.  This includes most of your meals, lodging and all of your transportation while in Mexico.  Mission T.E.A.M. participants are responsible for their own transportation into Mexico at the beginning of summer and their return flight home from Mexico, personal spending money, and a few incidental expenses such as laundry.
